Double-click the Paint Brush to open its control panel. Set the brush size at a width of 2 pixels and the style to the Right Slash. You may want to increase the size of the brush for the large areas, and decrease it to paint pixels closer to the edge of your letters.
Repeat this process until most of the stray pixels have been painted.
