Hey, don't panic. I know there are a lot of buttons on IE4's toolbar. They're really quite charming though--once you get to know them. The nifty buttons on IE4's toolbar snap it into instant action. Sure, you can use the pull-down menus under the words View and Go for a lot of the same actions. But you can do things a lot faster using the buttons. Click to see Mo'Jo's virtual toolbar.
