Rectangle Selector
	Description The rectangle selector selects square or rectangular areas of an image. These selections can then be modified without affecting the rest of the image.
	To use this tool... Click on the Rectangle Selector button and point the crosshairs of the cursor at one corner of the selected rectangle. Holding down the left mouse button and moving the mouse, drag the cursor to the opposite corner of the rectangle.
